The Hyatt subsidiary has signed a franchise agreement with LATAM Hotel Corporation for a new hotel in San Salvador, El Salvador's largest city. A new HyATT brand property in the city of El Paso, Texas, will complement the lifestyle and entertainment complex Soho Cascadas. Today it was announced that the Hyatts subsidiary has signed a franchise agreement with LATam Hotel Corp. ("LATAM").

Designed for experienced explorers seeking an authentic local experience, the hotel will join the existing Hyatt Centric Hotels in San Salvador, El Salvador's largest city, and expand the global footprint of the Hyatt Centric brand by adding to the company's portfolio of more than 1,000 hotels worldwide. The hotel is designed as a destination for experienced explorers looking for authentic local experiences. Among the hotels already announced to open in 2014 are a new hotel in New York City and two new hotels in Los Angeles, California, as well as an expansion of the brand in Mexico City. It will also join newly opened hotels in seven countries, including the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico, as well as the US and Canada.

The hotel will be added to the portfolio in 2014, following previously announced plans to open the Hyatt Centric Hotel San Salvador El Salvador.
